ABOUT TAMMY KALLBACK
Tammy Kallback has over 20 years of teaching experience -- as a second grade teacher, Clarke University Cross Country coach, and as a personal trainer. Tammy's passion for teaching others and healthy living shines through in every class and personal training session. Tammy's focus on running and fitness began early. She ran cross country for four years in college, and upon graduation, continued to run races from 5Ks to a sprint triathon to marathons. Over the years, she has added more weight training to her workout routines and, in 2007, she began teaching group fitness classes to help others discover the benefits of strength training. Tammy is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Level 1 Crossfit Trainer. For the past 20 years, she has been creating personalized programs for clients through group and individual training sessions. Her years of experience has taught her that every person is unique in how they define "fitness" and "success". Thus, she knows what work for one person may not work for another. As a trainer and fitness coach, I believe it is important to expose individuals to a well-rounded program that includes weight training, cardio, functional movement and stretching. - Tammy Kallback

50 and Fit...Because of Tammy
I have been training with Tammy for the past 12 years, and have followed her wherever she goes, and have attended every course she has offered. She is a natural leader and educator, who has mastered the ability to push you to your limit, provide TLC when it's needed, accommodate everyone's abilities, while providing inspiration and motivation to everyone she serves. She's smart, strong, always positive and has a unique sense of humor and a beautiful smile.
