Monday/Thursday Lunch Express
**High school and college students can join for the months of June and July for only $65**
Participants will use a variety of weights (barbell/dumbbells) to increase muscular strength and high intensity interval training to improve overall cardiovascular fitness. These classes are perfect for those wanting to get a workout in during their lunch break.

Road Runners for the Beginner
This 3 week course is designed for the beginner looking to start running or newer to running. We will spend a majority of the time discussing proper form mechanics, breathing, shoe fitting, fueling before and after a run and how to build mileage. The runs will focus on building a base before speed.

Tuesday H.I.I.T
This class is 60 minutes of high intensity interval training. Through kick boxing, tabata intervals, strength training, plyometrics and cardio moves you will be challenged to push your limit and leave feeling strong!

Coffee and Cardio
Coffee and Cardio is a 60 minute class that consists of stair climbing, hill running and body weight exercises. Feel free to stick around afterwards & join us at Monks for some refreshing drinks in the company of those you just worked up a sweat with. All levels welcome.
